It was reasonable for the location. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgable. All of the employees were very friendly and always said hello when walking past us. The bathroom was clean and the ac worked so we were happy!
The two unappealing factors of our room were that the walls were very thin so we could hear everything outside the hallway and also the fact that there were burn holes in our comforter and it was a non- smoking room.

for some reason my room did not get booked through the on line service. When I called that morning to confirm directions, the woman at the front desk was more than accommodating. She was able to get us a room and provide us with directions.

Free Parking
The room we stayed in #123 is right next to the reception area and the elevator and is very noisy. This room should not be used but should be converted into a storage area!!

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The tv was nice also. The location was great. It was close to the stadium and subway.
When we went down to the breakfast there was hardly any food left. The smoke alarm went off when the toasteroven was smoking and nothing happened. No one came to see what was happening. We had to go to the desk and tell them it was going off. That was a concern.

Well first of all, the shower was disgusting!! I can tell the hotel staff didn't even bother cleaning it before we arrived. Our bed spread had holes from cigarette burns. Every time I opened my door or if I stepped out, the 1st and 2nd floor smelled like nothing but marijuana!! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a alley cat!! Two thumbs upside down.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, The security guard was great when it came to helping out. I left my car keys with him and he parked my car when parking became available instead of me walking 3 blocks to park at night.
I did not like the fact that the rooms did not have a fridge or a microwave. The price of the room should at least have a fridge. This was difficult when having to store your insuline. Parking was another issue it was very limited, you had to be in very early to secure a spot.

The place was clean and the staff was helpful. It was a good base to see NYC.
The neighborhood is a bit rough. The hotel is right in the middle of car repair shops and salvage yards. They did charge me a higher rate than that quoated. When I called that too their attention they gave me a credit.

It was the cheapest hotel we could find.
There was a problem with my reservation. I got my reservation at Booked.net and when we arrived at the hotel the gentleman working at the desk told us that we did not have a reservation. I don't know where the problem occurred because I received a confirmation email stating that I did indeed book the room for that night. Eventually the gentleman got us a room, it was quite frustrating though.
